Recently released data reveals an estimate number of 26 Pakistanis, killed amid flared up tensions along Line of Control. Furthermore cross border shelling left 107 wounded. According to the reports, the firing was provoked by India numerous times within last two months.
Nakyal Sector among other border-adjoining areas is being constantly subjected to unprovoked firing by India for past two months.
Indian troops have resorted to light as well as heavy artillery to decimate houses, mosques and schools in different villages across the Line of Control. Towns and villages that have been affected in Indian shelling include Gumb, Mora, Kenthi Gala, Pir Kalanjar, Datoot, Maahil, Lanjot, Shaheenabad, Ouli, Baidhara and Banala among others.
Over 200 houses have been destructed in past two months.
In Azad Kashmir, Neelum, Chakothi, Rawalakot, Bhimber, Haveli and Katoli sectors have been subjected to unprovoked firing after irregular intervals.
