RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif reached Germany’s capital city Berlin to have a two-day visit, during which he will meet the senior leaders of Germany.
According to Lieutenant General Asim Saleem Bajwa, the army chief reached Berlin on Monday morning for a two-day official visit during which he will see the civil and military leadership of Germany.
Bajwa also stated that General Raheel will be visiting Czech Republic after his visit to Germany concludes. During the meeting with the senior leadership of both countries, discussions regarding defence cooperation and regional stability are likely to be the main focus of the talks.
