NAUNDERO: A young welder got electrocuted in the Naundero Sugar Mill here on Friday. According to details, 45-year old Inam Ali Mohil was busy in welding work but suddenly he slipped and fell down holding the machine with electric current in his hands. The rod hit his eye, which injured him seriously and he got electrocuted. He was taken to the government hospital here but there is emergency treatment facility in the hospital since its establishment. He left behind six children and a widow. He was living in the mill’s colony. Finance Manager Hamza Ali Chakrani said the mill’s administration will pay Rs 0.5 million to his widow while another Rs 0.5 will be paid by the insurance company.
