ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has termed PML-N reference against Imran Khan a ‘blackmailing tactic’, saying such actions would be embarrassing for the government.
In a reaction to the reference filed by ruling PML-N with speaker National Assembly today, PTI Spokesman Naeemul Haq said that his party was not feeling any threat from PML-N or the speaker of National Assembly.
He also called Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq more loyal to the Sharif family than the parliament and the constitution.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Friday filed a reference against Imran Khan, seeking his disqualification as member National Assembly. The reference was filed under article 62 and 63.
